Q- What happens if something goes wrong with the machine?

A- Many things we can help you with over the phone or via video chat.  If it is something that you would like a technician to come out and handle for you we have a network of nationwide service contractors that we work with.  We also employ 4 traveling technicians that cover the country and offer preventative maintenance tune-ups on the machines.

 

Q- What is the warranty?

A- The warranty is 1 year parts and labor, 3 years on frame

 

Q- How accurate is the machine?

A- The machine is spot on accurate and the calibration can easily be checked and/or changed for different types of material.

 

Q- How do you deliver the machine?

A- The machine comes on a flat bed truck that is very easy to unload from the side.

Once the machine is unloaded it can easily be pushed in by one person.  The machine comes with a training video and on site training is also available.

 

Q- What is the largest size roll the machine will handle?

A- The Turf Series will handle the largest rolls of turf, even master rolls

 

Q-Are the machines portable?

A- Yes, the machines can easily be moved by one person as the machines feature very large caster wheels.

 

Q- Do you offer lease options?

A - Yes, we offer very competitive lease to own financing with no pre payment penalty

 

Q- How long do these machines last?

A- We have many customers that are still using their machines after over 20 years

 

Q- What can I expect to go wrong?

A- Very few things go wrong on these machines.  They are extremely reliable and most things can be resolved over the phone.

 

Q - How much room is required?

A - The T12 is 7'6" wide and 17'1" long.  The T-55 is 11'7" wide and 17'1" long.

Many customers like to have a few feet to the right of the machine to dumps cuts off of the machine.
